How We Review Supplements
We evaluate every supplement against published clinical research. We look at: quality of evidence (RCTs beat observational studies), effective dosages (not just ‘proprietary blends’), third-party testing certifications, and value for money.
Our Rating System
We rate supplements on a scale of 1-10 based on: strength of evidence, dosing accuracy, bioavailability, third-party testing, and price-to-quality ratio.
Independence
No supplement company pays us for reviews. We purchase every product we test at full retail price.
